Six weeks of personal coaching:

In weeks 1-3:

  • You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system so your body finally feels safe enough to rest, reset, and recharge.

  • You’ll identify the hidden patterns that drain you and build the internal space to handle life without constant overwhelm.

In weeks 4-6:

  • You’ll restore your energy by supporting your body with nourishment, movement, and compassion instead of pressure and perfection.

  • You’ll reconnect with what brings you alive so your days feel energizing, meaningful, and sustainable—not just productive.

Week 1: Regulation

  • Build your personal off-switch

  • Create a list of ways to proactively and reactively manage stress

Week 2: Energy

  • Discover what your sleep is currently telling you (and what gets in the way of protecting it)

  • Develop a morning and evening practice that helps you feel grounded and steady (not pressured or perfect)

Week 3: Self-Care

  • Identify what taking care of yourself without guilt looks like for you (and why it’s been hard to prioritize)

Week 4: Restoration

  • Explore how nourishment and movement impact your energy, mood, and reactivity (without perfectionism)

  • Learn how to respond earlier and more kindly to physical tension or pain that may be connected to stress patterns

Week 5: Capacity

  • Create routines that support your energy and reduce decision fatigue

Week 6: Vitality

  • Identify the big and small things that energize you and bring meaning to your life
