Quiet a Worrying Mind - Find Relief From Anxiety, Overwhelm, and Racing Thoughts

An overactive mind can leave you stuck in cycles of fear, doubt, and racing thoughts. In this session, we’ll explore the root of your worry and overwhelm, introduce the basics of EFT tapping, and discuss how to best use it for uncomfortable emotions and out-of-control feelings. Marie will guide you through several group tapping rounds to calm your nervous system and create a sense of inner peace. We’ll begin with general overwhelm and move to more specifics about the things that cause you worry or anxiety. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded—with a new tool you can use anytime.
