Holidays can bring up stress, pressure, and emotional triggers that leave us feeling anything but joyful. In this session, we’ll slow everything down and take a moment to reset. You’ll clarify what really matters to you this season and use tapping to let go of guilt, overwhelm, and unrealistic expectations. Together, we’ll create a calm, aligned plan so you can experience more peace, presence, and meaning—even when things get busy. No prior tapping experience needed—Marie will walk you through it.
