Each circle follows the same calming structure, but the tapping is responsive to the group. We’ll begin with general stress, overwhelm, and body tension. Then, you’ll have the option to share what’s coming up for you, so the tapping feels personal and relevant.

Designed for all levels, this live Zoom session includes straightforward instruction for newcomers and meaningful practice for those already familiar with tapping. While sharing is always optional, cameras are required to help create a connected group space. Sessions are not recorded, and groups are kept small.
